To address this systemic challenge, the Xinhua Compassion Education Foundation initiated the landmark "Pearl Retrieving Project," where every structured capital allocation of RMB 7,500 successfully secures a marginalized student’s entire three-year high school trajectory. Since its inception in 2004 and subsequent national expansion in 2007, the project has established 1,112 dedicated "Pearl Classes" across 174 high schools spanning 25 provinces and municipalities as of September 2017, delivering transformative educational access to over 55,160 disadvantaged students.

To accelerate educational equity in remote territories and empower high-potential youth facing economic displacement, Techsun has officially funded the proprietary "Techsun Pearl Class" at Nayong County No. 1 Middle School in Guizhou Province. The endowment fully subsidizes the three-year living expenses for 50 exceptionally gifted yet financially vulnerable students, providing a guaranteed annual stipend of RMB 2,500 per student.
